HAPPY MONDAY & HAPPY START OF ANOTHER NEW WEEK!! I have been reading and chatting books all weekend with some of my book buds, and apparently, there’s one that I don’t have yet that is unputdownable-stay-up-allnight and I can’t WAIT to read it. Tasha inhaled “The Thrashers” by Julie Soto!!
But first…
Three things:
1.) I’ve only only got about 1 to 2 months left in my Invisalign treatment (at least the initial treatment before potential rescan for revisions). And holy moly my teeth are SO GREAT!! Bottom is still a bit crooked but I’m thinking the next two months left in my initial treatment will finalize that for the most part. What I love is that, as I get to know the process and my mouth, each NEW tray creates a different sensation/focus point in my mouth, and I can tell which teeth it’s truly working on. You can really feel it for the first 2-3 days (sometimes a bit “achey” but it has never been terrible), and then I can barely notice the tray until my new one, where I can feel THAT one’s focus. What I love is that the tray I’m on now, completely fixed one of my upper front teeth to be 100% in line with the one right next to it. It was ALWAYS my main concern, and I’ve seen these trays slowly. put them back in place, and the one I’m wearing now totally ended that process. At least as far as I can tell, because WOW!!!! I’m so thrilled I did this.
2.) I just rented and watched “Sleep Stalker” (on Monday’s I work from home and indulge in all the horror I can find), and it was just meh. 3 out of 5 stars. All “found footage” of social media youtubers (or something) that buy a house and want to renovate and do how-to videos of their process, but the guy starts sleep walking and acting weird, and of course it escalates, and she doesn’t listen or want to believe (despite the footage caught on their cameras) and well.. that’s all I’m going to say. There’s a reveal as to the “why” but it didn’t wow me at all, because it wasn’t really any different than other found footage creepies.
3.) I’m almost out of my usual “Olay Total Effects” which I’ve been and am ready to replensish. Look at the reviews on THIS one!!!! I think I’m trying this one next.

I have been using this one for almost TWO DECADES (since 2009) and I love it. I use it at least once a day (part of my daily skin routine) and I can’t live without it.
It was recommended in a book by a skin scientist that made an amazing cream (called “Remergent DNA” that was proven to do the good things all of these skin creams say they do, but got bought out by (I think?) L’Oreal and possibly they changed the formula? I have no idea what cream they sell that is its equivalent. I need to do more research, because I USED to use “Renergent DNA” when I could find it, and I loved it.
But anyway, all that to say, he recommended to use THIS particular Olay cream because at that time, when it was analyzed, the vitamins it indicated were in there, was true!
