Rock and Roll Never Forgets (The Rock and Roll Trilogy Book 1) <— BLAST FROM OUR PAST & SOOOOO MANY LOVED THIS ONE! And I mean like…”best book ever” type of love.
Which is crazy, ’cause this is another one where the cover leaves me less than enthusiastic but… I have a series reading order post dedicated to the series and there was so much love for it anyway. And you know what they say. You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, so I’m pretty much convinced on the reviews alone.
And somehow I missed this amazing recommendation/mini review from Janet!

I have been following your blog for several months now, but not one to usually take the time to comment. Simply, I find I love most of your recommendations.
Recently I downloaded a book from your bargain list. I check your listings out weekly and load up so I always have something to read. Aside from work, I read – a lot. Sometimes I go from one book to the next and looking back can’t even remember what I have read and what I have not.
Anway I got Rock and Roll Never Forgets. I have to tell you that this may be THE BEST BOOK I have ever read! It so profoundly effected me. In trying to describe it, I find myself almost speechless. I loved The Edge of Never and Sea of Tranquility. Loved them! This is way beyond that.
At this point I don’t even want to move on to another book – I don’t want to tarnish this one. I just want to clutch this to me and hold it and never let go. I am still absorbing this – and trust me, this is not me.
You just really need to read this. I want to know if it effects everyone the way it has me. Am I alone in this and a little crazy? Not many reviews on Goodreads, but what is there are all five stars. I would give it 10.

Danielle: LOVED rock and roll never forgets!! finished reading it well through the morning. This book is definitely recommended for anyone who loved the heartbreaking story of Lori Otto’s Emi, mixed with a bit of True love story/the groupie trilogy/back to you. Just amazing. A brilliant book

Melinda: Oh My God Maryse, You are killing me. I Started this book Sunday night and from the sample frm amazon i was hooked. Such a beautiful emotional romance story then at approx 70% of the book.
The writing style is captivating. The story is really good and theres something happening all the time. I have never cried so much overa stupid book and as for reading the sequel. I just dont think i can put myself through it. Andy was just gorgeous and i cant even imagine what her husband went through.
This is a definate 5 stars for me. Every single book you recommend i love!!
Amy: I truly think it is the most emotional and beautiful book I have ever read. I have been a basket case for days now and cannot get this book out of my head and heart. It is a love story, but the way it is written you connect to the story as if it is an autobiography about someone you know and love. It is a story that will stay will you forever and I HIGHLY recommend that you check it out and give it a shot.
