The book is about a lady either going through or seriously considering a divorce. She has a kid, I think, that’s going away to camp or college.

She’s interested in bdsm. She goes to a club but the owner is a woman and just listens to her. The club owner considers offering her brother up for dom services but he’s out of the game. He’s not super built or what you picture as the usual dom type.

He decides to proceed and after the first encounter is discovered by the husband in her bed. It’s awkward but not violent.

In one scene, the dom leaves her a gray scarf and asks her to wear it, she leaves it at a restaurant. He also has a scene with her on the hood of a car.

In book two, it’s the ex husband with the sister of the dom who wears a prosthetic penis because it makes her feel powerful.
