VK needs our book help and I can’t wait until we find this one for her!!

She asks:

I forgot the title of the book, if you know this pls pls pls respond to this desperate request.

1. It’s an m×m romance book.
2. MC is a doctor and ML is like mafia or a mobster underling, NOTE:- ML is not a boss/prince, he works for them.
3. MC enters a wrong bar and meets the ML.
4. One of the scenes that I remember exactly:

ML’s boss has a partner, he brings his niece/nephew to the hospital where MC works. People who are after the boss’s partner and niece/nephew enter the hospital to harm them but the MC exchanges his jackets with the boss’s partner and diverts the people to morgue(I don’t exactly remember where he diverts them but he keeps boss’s partner and child safe and diverts bad people).

I’m begging you please, I have been trying to search for it for days but nada is the result so please I’m begging you with utmost sincerity, if you know this, respond before I lose my sanity.
