Cant find the name of this audiobook!

So i know this isn’t a lot to go on, but i remember absolutely LOVING this story with how well the author did character building and voice. I listened to it on youtube but the video was taken down when i went to find it again 🙁

So it was a reverse harem with 3 males and 1 female. For some reason she had moved in with them but i don’t remember much being said about school or jobs. i remember one of the males not wanting to admit that he had fallen in love with her and so was kind of a bully.

There was a spicy car scene where one of the male characters was fooling around with the female in the backseat while another one had to watch and not touch while he drove.

I’ve been spending the last few hrs searching for this book and I’m desperately hoping someone here can help.
